Sunningdale Village Hall
The Hall is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Sunningdale and has charity status.
Run for the benefit of the local community, we provide two spaces for hire at reasonable rates, both of which have their own kitchens. Our Large Hall hosts a weekly programme of classes and activities and is available to hire at weekends and during school holidays. The perfect venue for birthday parties, wedding receptions, charity events and more.
Our Small Hall is home to Sunningdale Village Pre-School during term-time, but is available to hire during school holidays. Click on the “How to Book” button above for full details of what we can offer and how to book with us.

Hire rates
Hire rates for both rooms include heating, electricity and use of the kitchen.
Monday 9 am – Friday 6 pm : £22.50 per hour
Friday 6 pm – Sunday 11 pm : £25.00 per hour – or £35.00 per hour for use of bouncy castle
The Village Hall does not provide bouncy castles, they must be hired separately from a supplier
The Village Hall must be vacated by 11.30 pm
- Monday 9 am – Friday 6 pm : £17.50 per hour
