Relax and Breathe Yoga – For moments of calm in your busy day

Hatha Yoga provides a beautifully restorative, balancing and nurturing practice for the mind, breath and body. In our busy lives, we tend to be in a state of yang, of action and always “doing”. Over time this results in stress, fatigue and illness. Making time to realign our body and mind with yoga’s flowing postures, breathwork and guided meditation can help reduce tension and bring balance to our nervous system.

I am Emma Halford, the class instructor. My yoga practice deepened in 2012 whilst pregnant with my first daughter. I really enjoyed the mind body connection and how we can help to manage stress through breathwork and simple postures. I decided to expand my home practice and gained FRYOG Hatha Yoga teachers certificate in 2020, training in Windsor. I have been training locally ever since.
