Alla Bennett is a fully qualified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor with over 25 years of personal practice and 7 years of teaching experience. A member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, she brings depth, clarity, and care to every class.

Passionate about helping others experience the benefits of Tai Chi, she creates a welcoming space where students of all ages and abilities can build strength, find balance, and enjoy the journey.
