Discover a calmer, stronger you with Revive Tai Chi at The Village Hall

SUNNINGDALE VILLAGE HALL

Tai Chi combines controlled movement, balance coordination and focused attention in a practice that can be developed throughout life.

With Revive Tai Chi, you’ll learn from an experienced instructor in friendly and welcoming classes designed to help you learn, progress and improve.

Tai Chi is often described as gentle, but don’t mistake gentle for easy. With regular practice, you can develop:

Strength and Stability – Build strength through controlled movement and learn to use your body more effectively.

Balance and Coordination – Develop better awareness of how you move, improving control, stability and confidence.

Mobility and Flexibility – Explore comfortable, purposeful movement and gradually develop greater ease in your body.

Focus and Calm – Tai Chi asks you to slow down, pay attention and coordinate your body and mind – creating a welcome contrast to busy everyday life.

Progress you can feel – Tai Chi isn’t something you simply “do”. There is always another layer to learn. As your understanding develops, so does your practice.

It’s for more than just relaxation – Tai Chi has it’s roots in Chinese Martial Arts and has developed into a practice enjoyed by people of many ages and fitness levels. You don’t need to be particularly fit or flexible to start. You don’t need previous experience. And you don’t need to be interested in martial arts.

You simply need to be willing to learn.

Alla has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for around 30 years and teaching for 8 years. She is currently teaching around 100 students each week. She regularly trains with Chen Xiao Wang, the official Flagbearer of Tai Chi, continuing to develop her understanding and practice of the Chen Family tradition.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to know anything about Tai Chi.

Come along, meet Alla and experience a Tai Chi class for yourself. For further details, please email taichi@revivethrive.coach
