Classes include:
- opportunities to try out exercises that will push your body and brain fitness
- education on concepts key to Parkinson's tailored exercise
- chance to meet and chat with other people who are newly diagnosed
Led by rehab specialist physiotherapist Benny Adeola. £5 per session.
