Sunningdale Village Hall is available for hire throughout the year for regular activities or for one-off parties or events.
Hire Rates
Note: Hire rates include heating, electricity and use of the kitchen
- Weekdays up to 6pm on Friday: £22.50 per hour or £17.50 for regular bookings
- Weekends from 6pm on Friday: £25 per hour (£35 including use of a bouncy castle)
- £100 refundable deposit charged to secure one-off bookings - please read the Terms & Conditions for full details - link below
- The Village Hall must be vacated by 11.30 pm

The Facilities
The Large Hall at the front of the building hosts a busy programme of weekly classes - exercise, dance etc - and is available for birthday parties, wedding receptions, and charity events at weekends and in the school holidays.
- Capacity - maximum 150 people standing, 100 seated
- Large raised stage at one end
- 17.1 m x 8.1 m (137.9 m2)
- Ceiling height c. 4.6 m
- Fitted kitchen with two double ovens, 4 ring hob, 2 fridges, microwave, double sink, 2 kettles
- Disabled toilet with baby change facilities
Please note: we cannot accommodate nerf gun or football parties at the Village Hall and there is an additional charge for the use of bouncy castles which must be hired separately from a supplier
The Small Hall
The Small Hall at the rear of the building is the home of Sunningdale Pre-School during school term times and only available for hire during school holidays.
- Capacity - maximum 60 people standing, 30 seated
- 9.2 m x 4.7 m (42.5 m2)
- Outside undercover decked area and garden with astroturf 8.5 x 13 m
- Small fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave
- Unisex toilet and disabled toilet
Accessibility
Both Halls are fully accessible with ramps into each Hall and there is a connecting ramp between the two Halls.
Parking
The car park at the rear of the building has capacity for 13 vehicles and there is a disabled bay marked out at the front of the Large Hall.
Smoking
The Village Hall has a no smoking policy within the Hall and grounds.
